â Develop search strategies based on requisition requirements
â Construction effective boolean queries for finding prospective candidates
â Sourcing and researching prospective candidates using online tools such as LinkedIn
â Qualifying prospective candidate based on profiles and resumes
â Writing effective emails/messages to develop prospects into candidates
â Conducting effective phone calls and in-person meetings with candidates
â Writing accurate submission summaries for qualified candidates
â Prospecting for new referrals from existing prospects and personal network
â Preparing resumes for submission
â Managing and preparing candidates during the interviewing process
â Coordinating interviews and follow ups
â Developing and maintaining a personal network of active and inactive candidates
â 2+ years of recruiting experience, recently filling multiple position per month
â Exceptional work ethic and dedication to success
â Will consider 6 months recruiting experience for Associate Recruiter role
â Knowledge of recruiting best practices for sourcing, contact and candidate management
â 1+ year experience with a modern ATS, such as Bullhorn, Greenhouse, etc
â Experience recruiting through meetups, networking and industry events
â Demonstrated ability to construct effective boolean searches
â Experience recruiting through LinkedIn Recruiter account
â Strong written and spoken English skills
