Senior Software Engineer (C++ Low Latency HFT)

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to direct software development and provide hands-on technical leadership to a geographically diverse group of seasoned software developers building software infrastructure to support high frequency-low latency trading applications deployed globally.

Key technical skills include:

System architecture and design of low latency trading platforms for equities, futures and options
Recent hands on experience with C, C++, Linux & Linux System Internals, C++ frameworks, Compiler & performance Analysis & Performance Optimization, TCP, UDP & multicast, high performance messaging, multithreading
Prior hands on development of multiple exchange interfaces ? order entry and market data
Experience conducting constructive technical reviews
[Advanced] Degree in computer science or computer engineering from a top tier university.
