A Day in The Life

As Manager, Privacy Services you are the privacy compliance champion. You will perform privacy assessments and oversee a team of talented privacy and information security consultants on nationwide engagements in the healthcare space. Each day you will:

  • Manage day-to-day activities associated with privacy and risk services
  • Communicate with and manage client requirements/expectations around privacy services
  • Manage, provide feedback/mentoring to the privacy consulting team
  • Conduct privacy assessments for healthcare clients
  • Present clients with privacy assessment results with recommendations to ensure compliance
  • Constant improvement, development and resolution of risk and privacy related client services

What You’ll Need to Win!

  • Bachelor’s degree (or 5 years’ relevant experience or combination of education and work experience) required
  • Relevant privacy certifications are a plus, but not required
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time required
  • Experience managing a client-facing privacy consulting team
  • Advanced knowledge of privacy and compliance frameworks and best practices (e.g. HIPAA/HITECH and state privacy statutes)
  • Ability to think holistically and identify areas of concern or noncompliance
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management and presentation skills
