Automation QA/ Software Engineer in Test
We are looking for a Software Engineer in Test. You will be responsible for designing and implementing development and test infrastructure. Also, the ideal candidate will create an automation framework utilizing technologies such as Selenium, Appium, and/or open source testing technologies. You will also work closely with product, enjoy an environment with a diverse set of technologies, and have the opportunity to work with a smart and collaborative team that still allows you to work independently and take ownership of your work.
Build advanced automated functional and load test suites to exercise our Application.
Architect and create an Automation Framework using Selenium, Appium, and/or open source technologies.
Write and execute test cases for the overall platform, which includes Mobile, Internet enabled devices and Web browser testing with an emphasis on functionality and features of the product.
Responsible for testing efforts which include end to end and user acceptance testing phases utilizing best practices in software testing agile methodologies.
Ability to multi-task day-to-day activities and effectively identify issues in a variety of hardware and software environments.
Perform and utilize testing techniques to troubleshoot hardware and software configuration issues.
Work with and adapt our Continuous Integration environment to ensure a smooth and high quality release cycle in a fast paced Agile environment
2-3+ years test experience in web, internet or mobile technologies with a thorough knowledge of Agile principles and QA methodologies.
Strong experience creating automation frameworks with open source technologies.
Excellent coding skills in C, C++, Java, Scala, Ruby or Python.
Load Testing using JMeter, Gatlin, Grinder, Siege or similar toolset
Detailed oriented with excellent verbal and written skills.
Understanding of web and mobile standards.
Must be a highly technical, customer focused and motivated self-starter who is able to work individually and/or within a team.
Degree in Computer Science, IS Engineering, or related field.
