Insights / business value focus –
• Experience managing large data warehouse implementation projects

• Work with the Director and other key stakeholders to produce regular project status reports

Technical skills –
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio for documenting project tasks, schedules and design
• Current experience as an application administrator for MS Project Server and SharePoint
• Past experience in hands-on software development, especially related to enterprise RDBMS

Business communication –
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation, storytelling
• Communicates effectively with technical staff and non-technical staff
• Strong analytic skills in identifying critical paths, key milestones, dependencies and resource requirements under a complex environment; providing objective analysis and assessment to senior management and the project team on project status, progress, and potential risks and opportunities along the project’s lifecycle

Management / leadership –
• A strong collaborator with a demonstrated ability to influence broadly and challenge conventional thinking
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects within proposed time and cost estimates required
• Responsible for tracking, resolving and escalating project Issues and Risks
• Sound judgment, planning, project management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines and shifting priorities
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional project teams, including internal & external resources and vendors
• Experience working in both waterfall and agile methodologies
