Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid (part remote; part in-person) role for a Family Law & Business Litigation Associate Attorney located in Jacksonville, FL. The responsibilities include representing clients in family law and business litigation cases, drafting and filing motions, managing discovery, conducting legal research, participating in court proceedings, and preparing for and handling depositions and trials. The Associate Attorney will collaborate with clients and other team members to provide effective legal solutions.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years experience in Family Law or Business Litigation, with an interest in working in both areas.
• Experience with drafting and filing pleadings and motions for legal proceedings
• Familiarity with court procedures and protocols
• Proficiency in handling depositions and evidentiary hearings
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Active member of the Florida Bar
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
