Compensation: $62,500 - $85,000 Responsibilities: The Standard (What You Must Execute) * Total Ownership: You run residential service and installation jobs from diagnosis to completion. You own the outcome, the customer experience, and the solution. * Technical Precision: Your work is clean, code-compliant, and professional. You don't cut corners; you sharpen them. * Logistical Discipline: You perform accurate material takeoffs and ensure your truck is stocked and organized. You arrive ready to win, not to "figure it out" on the customer's time. * Clear Communication: You translate complex plumbing issues into clear options for homeowners and provide concise updates to leadership.
