Family Practice - Without OB Physician

We are seeking a dedicatedFamily Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatientteam in Dallas, Georgia. This position offers a flexible, patient-focusedschedule with extended weekday hours and minimal weekend commitment-without anyon-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate is committed to deliveringhigh-quality, comprehensive care and thrives in a collaborative clinicalenvironment.

Schedule:

• 3 weekdays per week(Monday-Friday): 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• 1 weekend every other week:9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive,evidence-based primary care to an adult population
• Perform routine exams,including Pap smears, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Counsel patients onpreventive care and overall wellness
• Evaluate and treat urgentcare needs within a primary care setting
• Collaborate with the careteam to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and completeaccurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient volume ofapproximately 2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism inall patient and team interactions

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
• Board Certified or BoardEligible in Family Medicine
• Valid and unrestrictedGeorgia medical license (or eligibility)
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment andcommitment to patient-centered care
