The Role

This is a ground-floor opportunity to help launch and operationalize a new program within Marrick's growing platform. Details are shared with candidates who advance in the process, but broadly - this role sits at the intersection of healthcare reimbursement, operations, and cross-functional problem solving in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

You won't be stepping into a defined workflow. You'll be helping create one.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in health insurance claims, revenue cycle management, or healthcare reimbursement
• Strong working knowledge of claims workflows, denials management, and coordination of benefits
• Experience navigating non-standard or high-complexity reimbursement scenarios
• Comfortable working directly with provider billing teams and cross-functional partners
• Highly self-directed and organized - you can prioritize and execute in an evolving environment
• Background in provider operations, MSOs, health plans, or RCM organizations is a plus
