Healthcare Attorney
The Position:
A leading national law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Healthcare Associate to join its practice in Washington DC. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and evolving healthcare matters, advising a diverse client base that includes healthcare providers, health systems, life sciences companies, and other industry participants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of healthcare-related agreements and policies
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions through due diligence and regulatory analysis
- Manage and assist with litigation, investigations, and administrative proceedings
- Conduct research on emerging legal and regulatory developments in the healthcare industry
- Prepare memoranda, reports, and client-facing materials
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across corporate, regulatory, and compliance functions
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and regulatory proceedings
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare law experience
- District of Columbia Bar Required
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple matters and maintain strong client relationships
