Business Development & Estimating

We are seeking a motivated Business Development & Construction Estimator to drive new project opportunities while preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates. This role combines relationship-building with hands-on estimating to help secure profitable work.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Build and maintain client and subcontractor relationships

• Prepare detailed project estimates and takeoffs

• Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work

• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor bids

• Assist with proposals and contract negotiations

• Support preconstruction planning and budgeting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating and/or business development

• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents

• Knowledge of construction methods and pricing

• Experience with estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Procore, etc.)

• Strong communication and organizational skills
