Office Culture
The Balyo US team is a small and tight-knit one. We are unencumbered by titles and org charts; we will do anything to support each other at the drop of a hat and we are looking for a candidate with that same mindset. The Service Technician is a key member of our small team.
Location
The position is home based in the Lititz (PA) area with some travel expected, mainly in the US (with possible international travel), depending on the location of projects.
Technical Support Specialist
In this customer facing role, your main responsibliities will be to ensure after-sales maintenance
operations support on our robots installed at customers sites within the Americas Region. You will provide hardware technical support for Customers, Dealer Technicans, Integraton and OEM
partners.
