Locum Family Medicine MD/DO needed in Hoopa, CA

Hourly + Travel Expenses

Will Accept Any State License Candidates

Credentialing: 2-3 weeks

Start: ASAP, As soon as credentialed

End: 3 month contract, will accept 6 months

Schedule: M-F 8-5 or 4 x 10/hr days

PPD: 15 max

Procedures: Primary care, MUST see all ages, hypertension, chronic care, diabetes, basic injections, drainage, cold, cough, flu, wellness exams

EMR: RPMS

Support Staff: Each provider gets 1 MA

• VERY rural, stressing the importance of how rural things are. Hour from the nearest city, small grocery store in town
• Trinity River, biggest draw to the area, beautiful outdoors
• Humbolt County is known for Redwoods Forest, fishing in the rivers, mountain biking trials, and near 6 River National Forest
• Housing is limited, needs to be flexible (spotty hotel options, Co-Ho cottages or China creak cottages used to bridge the gap) have to work with local landlords
