Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Global Sales Leader for the Industrials Vertical. The role entails leading and managing sales efforts within the industrials vertical, developing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales strategies, conducting client meetings, ensuring excellent customer service, mentoring team members, and achieving organizational sales objectives. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to align goals and maximize customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and maintain customer satisfaction
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and managing sales teams
- Ability and experience in Training and motivating sales teams to perform at their highest potential
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Proficiency in client engagement and negotiations, with an ability to adapt to client needs
- Previous experience in industrial sales or supply chain management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
