I'm hiring for a Lead Blood Bank Medical Technologist in Massachusetts!

The Lead Blood Bank Med Tech provides the technical and quality leadership for the Blood Bank Laboratory. Responsibilities include performing routine and specialty bench testing, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, accurate performance of all procedures, coordinating staff scheduling and workload inventory and ordering of supplies, training of new personnel and ongoing competency assessment, instrument maintenance and troubleshooting, creation and maintenance of procedures, quality assurance data collection and analysis, and performance of record review.

Location: Near E Watertown, MA
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shifts: Discussed during interview!
Requirements: College degree; ASCP/AMT cert; 3 years prior experience
Pay: 61k-88k/yr
