Work Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  

• No nights or on-call responsibilities

Patient & Practice Details

• Outpatient-only setting

• Average patient volume: 20-24 patients per day

• Diverse patient population across all age groups

• Strong clinical and administrative support

• Annual visit volume across clinics exceeds 180,000

Position Overview

We are seeking mission-driven Family Medicine Physicians to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to diverse and underserved patient populations. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare team focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Deliver preventive care, health education, and wellness services

• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health providers, and support staff

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system

• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine

• Candidates currently completing residency are welcome to apply

• Ability to see patients across the lifespan

• Strong commitment to serving underserved communities
