An established regional law firm seeks an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join its downtown Fort Lauderdale office. This is a hands-on position where the paralegal functions as a key contributor.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all phases of commercial litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation
• Draft, review, and organize pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely filings, often under tight turnaround times
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed
• Maintain organized case files and manage document production

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of litigation processes and Florida court rules
• Ability to work independently and handle last-minute assignments with accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
• Professional, easy-going demeanor with strong communication skills
