WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manage a high volume of civil litigation files across all stages — intake through resolution
• Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery, demands, and case correspondence
• Communicate with clients — many of whom are trauma survivors — with professionalism, patience, and compassion
• Coordinate with attorneys, investigators (the firm has an in-house Special Investigative Unit), experts, and co-counsel
• Track deadlines, manage dockets, and keep cases moving efficiently
• Maintain detailed records in case management software
• Support attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably in plaintiff's personal injury, mass torts, or civil litigation
• The ability to work at a strong, sustained pace — you'll have a full desk and you'll need to own it
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Compassionate, professional client communication — this population requires sensitivity and care
• Comfort working in an emotionally demanding practice area (prior experience in abuse, trauma, or sensitive litigation is a genuine plus)
• Team-first mentality with a strong sense of mission
• Paralegal certificate, legal studies degree, or equivalent experience preferred
