We're currently looking for a Territory Manager to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships in the Houston market.

What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in expanding our presence by building strong partnerships with HVAC contractors and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customer accounts
  • Conduct regular outside sales calls within your territory
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Consult with customers to deliver tailored HVAC solutions
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets
  • Leverage business intelligence tools to track performance and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with branch teams and corporate support to deliver best-in-class service
What We're Looking For
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC products and industry (preferred)
  • Proven track record of sales success and relationship-building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
