Litigation Paralegal
LHH is seeking an experienced Complex Commercial Litigation Paralegal in Atlanta, GA to support a dynamic and fast-paced litigation team. This role is ideal for a paralegal who thrives in high-stakes, business-to-business disputes involving significant financial exposure and long-term case strategy.
The firm handles sophisticated matters including fraud, money laundering, breach of contract, and other complex commercial disputes that often span years and involve substantial discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in all phases of complex commercial litigation from inception through trial and appeal
- Draft, review, and cite-check legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Manage large-scale discovery, including document review, production, and organization (often involving high-volume ESI)
- Coordinate and prepare materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial
- Assist with case strategy development, timelines, and litigation tracking
- Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and vendors
- Maintain and organize case files, exhibits, and trial binders
- Conduct legal research using platforms such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other litigation tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation (business-to-business disputes required)
- Strong experience handling high-exposure cases involving claims such as fraud, financial misconduct, and contractual disputes
- Proven ability to manage cases with large document volumes and extended timelines
- Trial preparation experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency with legal research platforms and document management systems
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
