We are looking for a Board Certified Primary Care physician to join our established PACE Program. If you have a CAQ in Geriatric Medicine and at least 1 year of experience caring for the Geriatric population, we want to hear from you!

• Provide primary medical care to participants
• Assess participants and develop care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Provide direct participant medical care
• Evaluate effectiveness of care plans

• Board Certified in Primary Care
• CAQ in Geriatric Medicine
• 1+ years of experience with Geriatric population

• Competitive salary of $190,000-230,000
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Shared evening and weekend call
• Located in Wilmington, Delaware - a vibrant city with small-town charm
