Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and mentorship to clinicians in the Greenville area
• Conduct clinical case reviews and share tools for quality care
• Engage with the community and maintain relationships
• Collaborate with leadership on care coordination initiatives
• Complete Medicare required visits and implement individualized care plans

Qualifications:

• Trained or practicing in family, geriatric, primary, internal, adult, post-acute, home health, hospice, or hospital medicine
• Active medical license in North Carolina
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred
