Job Description:
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will support engineering product development efforts by leading design and project management activities from concept through production launch. This role requires strong 3D CAD expertise, technical ownership, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You will manage multiple product development initiatives simultaneously while ensuring designs meet performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost requirements. You will serve as an engineering lead for assigned projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution through the company’s product launch process.

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge and skills:
This position requires manual dexterity for working with small components, the ability to complete repetitive motions for long periods of time, bending, continual lifting, lowering, and carrying packages that typically weigh 25 - 50 lb., and managing packages up to 150 lb., as well as standing/stooping for long periods of time.
Our Mechanical Engineer will require extensive use of a computer system. This position involves a high degree of interaction with engineers, technicians, managers, leads, and other departments (Purchasing, Production, Customer Service, etc.). Organization, follow-up, and communication skills are essential factors in the daily administration of this position.
We need a Mechanical Engineer who has a positive attitude, and the words “can’t” and “impossible” are not a part of your vocabulary. We need someone resourceful and ready to get things done.
Availability
You must be available to work between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday – Friday, with the occasional Saturday.
