Compensation & Benefits

• $225,000+ annual compensation based on production
• Tiered production percentage: 28% 34%

Schedule & Lifestyle

• 4-day workweek (Monday Thursday)
• 5 days optional if desired

Office Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
