On behalf of our client, R.S.M.C. Services, we are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Endodontist to join a well-established practice in Little Rock, AR
Salary & Compensation
$350,000 annual guarantee
Opportunity to earn up to 70% higher than the national average earning potential for Endodontists
Company car lease program (for full-time providers)
4-day work week for full-time employees
Generous mileage and hotel reimbursement program
$500 Sign-On Bonus after completing the first 10 shifts (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality endodontic care while upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism
Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases of dental pulps and periapical tissues
Evaluate findings and prescribe treatment plans to preserve and restore teeth
Maintain professional affiliations and represent the practice within the local community
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an ADA CODA-accredited advanced education program in Endodontics
Active state license (or eligibility) in Arkansas
