365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible PM&R Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Schenectady, New York.

Position Snapshot

• Base Salary: $250,000 $270,000
• Incentives: Up to $50,000 in quality bonuses
• Schedule: Daytime hours
• Call: No overnight call (covered by internal medicine team)
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

• Team of 8 physiatrists
• Multidisciplinary care team including:

Advanced rehabilitation technology includes:

• Ekso

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient PM&R care
• Manage complex rehabilitation cases including:
  • Brain injury
  • Stroke
  • Spinal cord injury
  • Amputee rehabilitation
  • Orthopedic and cardiopulmonary conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Support patient recovery and functional outcomes
• Participate in program development and growth

Academic & Growth Opportunities

• Teaching involvement with PM&R residency program

• Potential for leadership and program development

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification (prior to start)
• Clean malpractice and license history
