About the Role
Analog Devices is seeking a proactive, results‑driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and support the company’s continued growth. In this role, you will enhance operational performance by designing and implementing analytics‑driven solutions that address evolving business challenges. You will thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and play a key role in enabling data‑driven decision‑making across our global supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Analytics & Performance Optimization
  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytical models and dashboards.
  • Provide data‑driven insights that support scenario analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
  • Define, measure, and report on supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive operational and strategic outcomes.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve decision‑making and enhance end‑to‑end supply chain performance.

Operational Efficiency
  • Apply advanced analytical and systems-thinking techniques to improve key business processes, including:
    • Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
    • Supply Planning
    • Manufacturing Scheduling
    • Forecasting
    • Inventory Optimization
    • Capacity & Materials Planning

Project Management & Collaboration
  • Partner with senior cross‑functional leaders to deliver analytics projects that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and process improvements.
  • Lead projects independently while providing technical guidance and consultation to team members and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
  • Two years of professional experience in the job offered or a closely related supply chain/operations analytics role.

Technical Skills & Other Requirements
  • Experience with Supply Chain Modeling and Planning Systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, Kinaxis).
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience working with MES/ERP systems, such as SAP.
  • Proficiency in dashboard development and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
  • Competency with data analysis and statistical tools, including Python or R.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $79,108 to $108,795.
