What You’ll Do

• As a Quality Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring products and processes meet the highest standards:Analyze manufacturing processes and components using structured problem-solving methods to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring quality and delivery expectations are consistently exceeded
• Support new model launches, ensuring compliance with ISO/IATF standards
• Lead and support APQP activities, including PPAPs, FMEAs, Control Plans, and other customer-driven quality requirements
• Serve as a key quality resource for customers, suppliers, and internal plant teams
• Develop and improve processes that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

• To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:A 4-year degree (engineering or related field preferred)
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, SPC, root cause analysis, and core quality tools
• A proactive mindset and a passion for improving processes and performance
