A respected Tampa-based litigation practice is quietly seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal to support a growing civil litigation workload. This opportunity is ideal for someone with significant hands-on litigation experience who is comfortable jumping into active matters.

Compensation

Salary range of $80,000 to $90,000

Position Overview

The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with attorneys on a variety of civil litigation matters, assisting with all phases of litigation. This role is best suited for a confident professional who is accustomed to managing deadlines, discovery, and trial preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support on civil litigation cases

• Assist with pleadings, discovery, motions, and case management

• Coordinate and manage eDiscovery processes

• Prepare materials for hearings and trial

• Support trial preparation, including organization of exhibits and files

• Work directly with attorneys handling active litigation matters

Experience Sought

• At least 5 years of civil litigation paralegal experience, with senior-level experience preferred

• Background in civil litigation required

• Plaintiff-side experience is a strong plus

• Proven experience with eDiscovery platforms

• Ability to manage multiple cases and shifting priorities
