What You'll Do
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to develop staffing strategies and search assignments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Source, screen, and engage a diverse pipeline of candidates using innovative techniques
- Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Negotiate and extend offers of employment
- Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Analyze recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements
- Participate in HR and recruitment projects to enhance talent acquisition strategies
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Advanced knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and ATS systems
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and adaptability
