The Role
Forget the "support" in the title—this is a proactive sales role. You are the engine of our growth. You will attack assigned territories, break through to decision-makers, and fill the calendars of our Key Account Managers. This isn't about filing paperwork; it's about high-volume outreach, overcoming objections, and securing the meetings that lead to revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Own your territory. You will execute high-volume cold call and email campaigns to introduce our smart shutoff technology to new markets.
Lead Qualification: Act as the first point of contact for all inbound inquiries, qualifying leads with speed and precision to ensure no opportunity is wasted.
Meeting Generation: Your primary KPI is scheduled meetings. You will facilitate the hand-off to Key Account Managers by selling the value of a consultation.
Pipeline CRM Management: Maintain a flawless record of your activity in the CRM. You’ll track sales figures and performance indicators to ensure you stay on path to hit your commission targets.
Market Intelligence: Identify sales trends and feedback from the field to help the marketing and sales teams refine our winning pitch.
