Sales Development Representative

Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will connect directly with homeowners to introduce HomeTeam’s pest control solutions, including its exclusive built-in pest control system, Taexx®. This is a high-energy, indoor sales role where you’ll build trust, educate customers, and help families protect what matters most—their home. This will include inbound & outbound calling, monitoring AI campaigns and developing traditional mail and email campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Field incoming leads from homeowners with the Taexx® system in their homes who are seeking to establish service. You will also field leads from homeowners seeking traditional pest services.
• Managing leads in a CRM.
• Educate homeowners on pest risks and HomeTeam’s 100% guaranteed services
• Present solutions including:
• • General pest control
  • Termite protection
  • Mosquito services
  • Taexx® built-in pest control systems
• Build quick rapport and deliver a friendly, professional customer experience
• Overcome objections with confidence and integrity
• Close sales and schedule service appointments
• Develop cross-sell campaigns, making outbound calls to sell additional services to current customers or to win back former customers.
• Represent HomeTeam’s people-first values and commitment to service
