The ideal candidate has phone marketing experience in the digital world, or is a telemarketing sales representative in need of a new opportunity. This position requires a high volume of daily outbound calls to create leads, follow up with those leads, and close new business opportunities.

  • Consistently train on various products and processes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The ability to ask fantastic questions
  • Capacity to learn a process and execute to meet goals
  • Experience in building rapport and establishing relationships
  • Superb communication skills, both written and oral
  • High school diploma required
  • US citizen
  • Ability to commute to office in Miramar, San Diego

What we'd like to see:

  • Call center experience
  • Experience with Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.), and CRMs such as Salesforce
  • Internet Marketing specific sales experience

Compensation:
$17.75-$18.25/hr (depending on experience) plus commission. Our full-time top producers make over $100,000 per year, while the lowest producers make approximately $35,000/year part time.
