Outbound Business Development Consultant

Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission

Compensation

• $45,000 base + uncapped commission
• OTE: $75K–$90K (Year 1) | $90K–$110K (Year 2)
• Monthly & quarterly performance incentives

This is a high-output outbound sales role for professionals who are confident on the phone, comfortable with metrics, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

You will make a high volume of outbound calls to financial advisors and firm decision-makers, qualify interest, and book appointments for senior consultants. Success is measured by appointments booked, conversion rate, and consistency.

This is not a passive call center position.

What You’ll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls nationwide
• Execute structured, consultative sales conversations
• Qualify prospects and book meetings
• Track activity and results in CRM
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets
• Partner with senior consultants to drive growth

What We’re Looking For

• Outbound sales / inside sales / call-center experience preferred
• Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable with high call volume and KPIs
• Coachable, competitive, and accountable
• Consistent work ethic and resilience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Recent grads with sales aptitude considered.
