Inside Sales Representative

Dayton Barns and All-Steel Buildings is an industry leading building sales company with a portfolio of steel buildings and wood structures. The business is headquartered in Urbana, Ohio. We are customer-centric, social, and professional. Our goal is to sell our customers buildings with extensive knowledge and superior customer service and care. We are a relational company looking to expand our inside sales team with motivated folks who are trainable, coachable, and ready to join a fast-growing company.

We are expanding our inside sales team and are offering paid training to those who are chosen as Project Managers. We are looking for the right individuals regardless of building experience or knowledge. We are focused on finding, recruiting, and building the RIGHT sales team.

Your responsibilities as a Project Manager will be as follows:

• Report to work in Urbana, Ohio at our headquarters.
• Utilize provided in house leads to close building sales. NO COLD CALLING.
• Work with customers to design buildings.
• Manage, and maintain all back-end databases (Email/CRM)
• Manage, and maintain your customer database and leads. (CRM)
• Maintain vendor relationships and contact manufacturers when needed.
• Be flexible and ready for any task necessary for overall business success.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and willingness to be coached (Required)
• Ability to report to Urbana, Ohio headquarters (Required)
• High school Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Customer service experience (Preferred)
• Strong organizational skills (Preferred)
• Strong multi-tasking skills (Preferred)
• Incentive based sales experience (Preferred)
• Suggestive sales experience (preferred)
• CRM experience (preferred)

**Position does include paid time off and paid personal time off as discussed at time of interview. Position does not currently include any healthcare benefits or 401K.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
