Cashier/Shift Lead

A successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, lead the store in the absence of the manager, and work with staff effectively. A background in QsR and/or other front line management is important. Having a keen eye for hospitality is a must.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Support innovative ideas to increase revenue
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional store duties as needed
