We are actively seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist for an exciting locum-to-permanent opportunity in New York State, near Warnerville. This is an excellent chance for a compassionate Neurology Physician interested in a dedicated outpatient practice setting, working primarily with adult patients and focusing on ALS care.

Requirements

• LicensureActive New York State medical license required
  
• Board Certification/EligibilityNeurology, Palliative Care, Hospice, Physiatry, or Internal Medicine with ALS experience
  
• CertificationsBasic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  
• Special ExperienceALS expertise is a key requirement for this role
  
• CompensationHourly rate based on experience and qualifications, with a conversion fee cap of $25k for a transition to permanent
