Compensation & Benefits
$300,000 base salarywith end-of-yearcollections bonusafter the first contract year
$10,000 relocation bonusif signed beforeDecember 24, 2025
$3,000 annual CMEallowance, plus coverage for all licenses and certifications

Currently staffed with1 MD and 3 NPs, with another MD joining January 1, one NP joining this year, and another NP joining in June

Current team includes a minimally invasive, board-certified surgeon
