We're hiring a Print Production Lead to guide our custom graphics printing team while remaining actively involved in daily production. This is a working leader role —ideal for an experienced print or manufacturing professional who enjoys mentoring others, setting the pace, and ensuring high-quality output. You won't be stuck behind a desk. You'll be on the production floor—supporting operators, prioritizing work, solving problems, and making quality decisions that matter. What You'll Do * Lead daily production flow and assign work to meet deadlines * Be the go‑to leader on the floor—remove roadblocks and keep jobs moving * Inspect finished products and make confident quality decisions * Train, coach, and cross‑train team members * Assist with printer setup and minor equipment troubleshooting * Collaborate with other leads to balance workload and resources * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area What We're Looking For * 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing * Consumer product manufacturing experience required * Custom printing or graphics production experience preferred * Hands‑on leadership style with strong attention to detail * Basic Adobe Illustrator and intermediate computer skills Why This Role Works * Consistent weekday schedule - no nights or rotating shifts * Hands‑on leadership - stay involved in production, not just paperwork * Real impact on quality, output, and team performance * Growth opportunity for experienced operators ready to lead Compensation * Displays2Go takes a market-based approach to pay.
