BioMechanic Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist to add to our Leesburg Virginia based team. We are a 100% physical therapist-owned practice with a unique focus on biomechanics through creative problem-solving, skilled manual therapy, and use of the latest and proven technologies. Access to high tech modalities include Class IV multi wavelength laser, Shockwave, Graston, cupping, automated ultrasound, electrical acupuncture (ETPS), dry needling and more. We have a small clinic-feel that focuses on time with patients, lending itself well if you are a new grad interested in mentorship opportunities, or an experienced practitioner looking to contribute your experience to a range of patients from which you can choose. A comprehensive access to benefits begins at 32 hours per week, as we believe in the importance of work-life balance. Job-Type: Full Time or Part time, (FT starting at 32 hours per week)

Schedule: Flexible hours. Monday through Friday, evenings til closing (6-7pm)

Compensation: $40 - $55 per hour, commensurate with experience.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
  • Diagnosis of patients with a comprehensive evaluation of ROM, limitations, etc
  • Create a goal-oriented plan of care
  • Educate patients on PT intervention and continuation of care for home use
  • Measure effectiveness and thoughtfully adapt plan of care as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Accredited Physical Therapy School
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration
  • Ability to work alongside a collaborative team
  • Openness to learning and goal toward continuous self-improvement
  • Sincere passion for patient care
