EXPERIENCED SALES &MARKETING REPRESENTATIVES / SALES TRAINEE

We are hiring both entry-level and experienced sales representatives across multiple campaigns in the Mid-Atlantic.
These roles include:
- Retail telecommunications sales
- Residential door-to-door (solar, roofing, energy audits, green home services)
- Business-to-business telecom sales
- MDU / apartment outreach and account development
We are building teams in:
- Harford County / Cecil County / Northern Baltimore County
- Southern Baltimore / Anne Arundel / Montgomery / Northern DC
- Southern PG County / Southern Maryland
- Northern Virginia (Manassas to Woodbridge)
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a direct sales position. This involves doing either retail sales, door-to-door or business-to-business prospecting and selling.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Speaking with customers face-to-face
- Qualifying interest
- Presenting products or services
- Handling objections
- Generating new business
All roles follow a structured sales process and are supported by training and leadership.
POSITION STRUCTURE
We do not hire for one fixed role.
Candidates are brought in and placed into the campaign that best fits their background, communication style, and performance level.
Primary tracks include:
- Retail telecom (high-volume, structured environment)
- Residential green home (door-to-door lead generation and qualification)
- Solar / roofing / HVAC opportunities within the residential channel
- B2B telecom and MDU (apartment and property accounts)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experienced candidates:
- Prior sales, canvassing, telecom, solar, roofing, pest control or other commission-based experience
- Comfortable working in performance-driven environments
- Open to structured training and consistent standards
- Looking for a more stable system, clearer expectations, and long-term growth
Entry-level candidates:
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive or motivated mindset
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
TRAINING & EXPECTATIONS
All candidates go through structured onboarding and sales training, including:
- Communication and sales fundamentals
- Script and process training
- Product and campaign-specific training
- Field or shadow training before full ramp
This is not a passive role.
Success requires:
- Consistency following a very structured step-by-step sales system
- Effort and work ethic- we work in very targeted 2-6 hour blocks.
- Coachability- we start everyone at zero and train them from the ground up!
- Ability to handle rejection professionally- no room for ego, disrespect or abrasiveness with customers and prospects.
COMPENSATION
Compensation varies by campaign and experience level but it’s basically 100% commission + bonus based.
All roles are performance-based, with heavy/entire commission/base-pay elements tied to production and consistency.
Typical ranges:
- Entry-level reps: $800–$1,200/week
- Developing reps: $1,200–$2,000+/week
- Top performers: $2,000–$3,000+/week
No cap.
*Retail sales do have a $10-$20/hour base and training and new hire bonus are in place to bridge the gap from starting to installed account commission coming in.

- Door-to-door canvassing, cold calling and prospecting is a must!
