Sales Development Representative

ZSG is a leading executive search firm serving the construction and manufacturing industries. Due to a record year of growth, we’re expanding our team in Columbus and looking for driven individuals interested in a career in sales and recruiting. No previous recruiting experience required.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or sales professionals who want a fast-paced, high-income career with clear advancement opportunities.

Compensation

• Base salary + bonuses + uncapped commission
• Year 1: $60K–$90K
• Year 2: $100K+
• Year 3 average: $245K

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and connect with leaders in the manufacturing and construction industries
• Sell ZSG’s executive search services through cold calling, email, and networking
• Learn the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Develop recruiting skills and transition into an Executive Recruiter role (typically within 1–3 months)
