Job Description
Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually + Commission

The Tech Consultants (TTC) is a Managed Services Provider delivering fully managed IT services and VoIP solutions to small and mid-sized businesses throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.

We are expanding our recurring revenue client base and are seeking a motivated Business Development
Representative to help identify and qualify new opportunities in Woodland Hills and the surrounding Los Angeles market.
The Role
This position focuses on business development and lead generation.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with local businesses, and qualifying opportunities for TTC’s managed IT and VoIP services.
Once a qualified opportunity is identified, the lead will be passed to TTC leadership for the sales meeting and closing process.
This role is best suited for someone comfortable engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers in professional environments.
This role is critical to building TTC’s pipeline of new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) opportunities.
What You Will Do
Daily responsibilities include:
- Prospect local businesses through networking and in-person outreach
- Conduct in-person outreach with local businesses to introduce TTC’s services and identify potential opportunities
- Perform outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Attend local networking events and business groups
- Identify companies that align with TTC’s ideal client profile (10–200 employees)
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to uncover operational pain points
- Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and TTC leadership
- Track all outreach activity, leads, and pipeline progress in CRM
- Participate in regular pipeline and KPI reviews
- Develop creative initiatives to generate new business opportunities
Once a qualified opportunity is identified, TTC leadership will conduct the sales meeting and closing process.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually
Commission: Uncapped commission tied to qualified opportunities and resulting Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
