Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain productive professional relationships with new and existing clients.

• Attend networking events and industry functions outside of normal working hours to expand market presence.

• Prioritize daily tasks and manage administrative duties in a high pace environment.

• Conduct out of office visits to client locations to facilitate business development.

• Deliver professional written and verbal communication across all marketing channels.

• Maintain a high level of detail oriented oversight on all residential sales projects and client accounts.

Qualifications

• Active Title Producers License is required.

• Must have reliable transportation for frequent travel to visit clients and attend local events.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a high pace environment while meeting deadlines.

• Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with a detail oriented approach to problem solving.
