Role Overview
We are seeking a Head of Marketing to own and lead all aspects of our marketing function. This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for developing strategy and executing across channels to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a builder and doer—someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves, managing vendors, and delivering measurable results while shaping the long‐term marketing vision of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
• Own the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth and revenue goals
• Translate business objectives into clear marketing plans, campaigns, and priorities
• Define positioning, messaging, and go‐to‐market strategy across products and services
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure performance and ROI
Demand Generation & Growth
• Drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition across channels
• Plan and execute campaigns across digital, email, content, paid media, events, and partnerships
• Work closely with sales leadership to align messaging, targeting, and funnel performance
• Optimize conversion rates across the website, landing pages, and campaigns
Brand, Content & Communications
• Own brand identity, voice, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints
• Oversee content strategy including website content, sales collateral, case studies, and thought leadership
• Support PR, external communications, and brand presence as needed
Execution & Operations
• Personally execute marketing initiatives or manage outside vendors and agencies
• Manage the marketing budget, tools, and technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics)
• Maintain and optimize the company website and digital presence
• Ensure marketing systems, processes, and data are organized and scalable
Team & Vendor Management
• Build, manage, and scale the marketing function over time as needed
• Direct outside agencies, freelancers, and contractors
• Mentor junior team members or assistants if applicable
Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with increasing responsibility
• Proven experience owning marketing end‐to‐end (strategy through execution)
• Strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, and performance measurement
• Hands‐on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Ability to operate independently in a fast‐moving, growth‐oriented environment
