Job Description:

Divine House, Inc., is currently hiring kind, compassionate and responsible Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work in Licensed group homes in Watertown, MN.

A DSP works in a home environment to assist individuals with disabilities with activities such as medication administration, grooming, dressing, shopping, cooking, laundry, community involvement, etc. The DSP must possess basic problem-solving skills, have a strong desire to help others reach their goals, and be motivated to work as a team to improve the quality of life of the individuals served while ensuring a safe and healthy environment. A DSP must have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and be able to document accurately and legibly.

Must be able to pass Minnesota Department of Human Services background study.

Must have a valid driver’s license. (unless working overnight shifts only)

Direct Support Professionals Starting Pay $18.00 per hour (Asleep overnight $11.13)
