Job Summary:

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our outpatient team, providing high-quality medical care to adult patients. This role involves patient evaluations, diagnosis, and nonsurgical treatment of acute and chronic conditions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Provide preventive care, health education, and disease management counseling.

• Prescribe medications following New York state regulations.

• Maintain accurate medical records and complete documentation timely.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated patient care.

• Participate in a rotating weekend schedule to ensure coverage.

Job Requirements:

• Active New York State medical license and DEA certification.

• Experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting preferred (new graduates welcome).

• Knowledge of New York reporting laws and CME requirements.

• Strong diagnostic, communication, and patient care skills.
