Established and busy chiropractic office is in search of a full-time associate to join our team of providers. Our office is located in the north end of Bridgeport, near the Trumbull and Fairfield town lines

This practice focuses on full spine adjusting and standard chiropractic therapies commonly used in the profession. We have a balanced mix of personal injury and family chiropractic care, with participation in most insurance plans.


As you build your practice, you can expect to be assigned approximately 15 new patients per month while also assisting with the transition of patients from a retiring provider to your caseload.


This is a full-time position offering a competitive starting salary of $100k, commissions, covered time-off, health insurance, matching 401k, malpractice assistance and outstanding mentorship from other providers in the practice. We will handle your network credentialing with all commercial and Medicare payers.


This position requires you to be a licensed or soon to be licensed chiropractor in the State of CT. Recent grads are welcome and strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Conduct thorough patient observations, including physical examinations and assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues.
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans that address acute pain management, chronic conditions, and injury recovery.
  • Perform manual therapies such as trigger point therapy to alleviate muscle tension and improve mobility.
  • Utilize medical imaging and anatomy knowledge to support accurate diagnosis and treatment strategies.
  • Manage patient care by explaining procedures, educating on physiologic processes, and ensuring understanding of treatment options.
  • Monitor patient progress through regular assessments, adjusting care plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate occupational health initiatives and comprehensive patient care.
  • Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment procedures clearly and empathetically.
