Software Architect

Position Title: Software Architect

Location: Montgomery, Alabama

Clearance Requirements: None

Required Work Status: (USC, Green Card Holder, H1B, or any other visa)

Position Status: Contract

Pay Rate or Salary: $62.40/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural discussions to analyze technical requirements and design scalable, performance-efficient applications optimized for IIS deployment
• Translate complex business needs into detailed technical designs, components, and specifications for development teams
• Evaluate, recommend, and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and libraries for both front-end and back-end solutions
• Establish and enforce code quality standards, best practices, and rigorous code reviews across the full SDLC
• Design and engineer systems with a focus on database optimization, performance tuning, and caching strategies
• Ensure all application architectures adhere to security standards and enterprise security requirements
• Serve as the technical liaison between developers, project managers, business analysts, and customers
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in converting business requirements into technical architectures
