Whatyou’lldo:

We focus on excellent customer service, and we take pride andphenomenalcare in every order we fill for our customers – and their fuzzy family members. Fulfillment Specialists perform a wide range of warehouse functions, including:

• Labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowedproductto various locationsusinga Forklift, etc.

• Fulfilling andcoordinatingorders to ensurecustomerdelivery process is efficient andaccurate.

• Craftingaccurateshipping documentation for domestic shipments.

• Safely and efficientlyoperatingPowered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment to receive or transport product to storage and staging locations.

Whatyou’llneed:

• Mustbe at least 18 years old.

• This role requires the ability to read, write, and speak Englishin order tounderstand and follow safety procedures, interpret work instructions, complete required documentation, and communicate effectively with team members.

• Understand and adhere to our safety guidelines and procedures.

• Willing to be trained on PIT equipment—e.g.,Movexx/Amigo, Walkie Stacker, Double Walkie Rider, etc.

Physical job requirements:

• Walk up to 2 miles per shift.

• Frequentlylift upto 50 pounds.

• Frequentlylift upto 70 pounds using an optional team lift.

• Rarely lift greater than 70+ pounds using a team lift.

• Stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel.

• Climb up anddown stairs(where applicable).
